Cys Infotech builds websites for local businesses. This policy covers cysinfotech.com and the individual preview sites we build for prospective clients. You can reach us via the contact form on this site.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the business name, location, email address, and any message you include. We use it only to respond about a website build — nothing else. Submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service; their own privacy policy covers how they handle that data in transit.
Part of how we find businesses to build a free preview site for involves looking up publicly available information — a business's name, category, general location, and published phone number, the same information visible on that business's own public listing (e.g. a search engine or social media business page). We use this only to build a sample site and reach out about it. If you'd rather not be contacted this way, let us know via the contact form and we'll remove your information and stop outreach.
This site does not currently use cookies or tracking scripts. If that changes, we'll update this policy and favor privacy-respecting, cookie-free tools.
We keep contact-form submissions and prospect records only as long as needed to respond to an inquiry or complete an active outreach or build, and delete them on request.
This site and any live client site is hosted with Hostinger. We don't collect or store payment information ourselves — if you move forward with a paid site, payment is handled directly by Stripe, whose own privacy policy applies to that transaction.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We only share it with the service providers named above (Formspree, Hostinger, Stripe) as needed to operate this site and deliver the service.
Depending on where you're located — including under GDPR if you're in the EU/EEA/UK — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the form on this site.
